Brochures Getting to St BeesGenealogy |
St Bees, probably like most places has attracted the interest of those tracing their ancestry. While I am willing to try and help, I am not a genealogist and what help I can give is therefore very limited. I would suggest the following - Join the St Bees Forum - click here. St Bees Registers The old St Bees Parish Registers cover the period from 1538 to 1837 and are available as printed transcripts for baptisms, marriages and burials both at the office below and at St Bees Library. The more recent ones are held in the St Bees Priory and access can be arranged via the Vicar. There are of course countless more sites but it is not the role of this site to provide this information.
