Lady Chapel, Josefina de Vasconcellos and the Sleeping Child Garden The Lady Chapel contains a work by Josefina de Vasconcellos, the Vision of Bega, but very little about her.
These displays will be very low key to avoid disturbing the atmosphere of the chapel. They will be restricted to a small number of panels in the area currently occupied by the curtained screen and possibly on the wall next to the de Lucy stone. A shelf or small table will hold the Memorial Book to link with the Sleeping Child Garden.

The intention is to have a small display about Josefina and her work, her donation of the statues in the Sleeping Child Garden and its purpose. We also hope to place a Memorial Book in this area for those who wish to enter a memorial about their lost child.
