We’re are a running, cycling, swimming and triathalon club based in St Bees, Cumbria. Our members enjoy the beautiful local scenery to run in in an informal and friendly environment that hopefully gives a bit of fitness as well. The club is here to help were it can and provide a basis for both training and social events. So if you fancy getting out and about but don’t know where to start then get in contact with us and we can help you on your way, from the race for life type races all the way to ironman training.
