Collection of Mediaeval Stones

The Priory already has one of the finest collections of Mediaeval Stones in the County.

The display area has been inproved with additional displays and labelling, and the three main effigies have been placed on a raised plinth. It is considered likely that two of these effigies are those on the original graves of St Bees Man and St Bees Lady.
