Your Forum will meet in public at least four times a year. Meetings are advertised in the local newspaper, by posters door to door and fliers distributed around the Neighbourhood Forum area on parish notice boards and other public places.

Meetings are held at different public venues across the area. You can ask to be included on the Forum mailing list to receive agendas and notes from every meeting. The website has a diary for Forum meetings across the County.

Any issue which concerns local residents can be discussed. You can ask for issues to be included on the agenda by contacting your local County Councillor or the address below.
